The Parent Advisory Committee is composed of parents of students and meets once a month with the principal and teacher rep. The mission of the Parent Advisory Committee is to:
Help Silver Creek Elementary School be the best it can be Help create a positive, caring place for our children Help ensure our kids get the best education possible Help enhance the school’s
learning resources Promote efficient communication between parents and staff Act as liaison between the school and the community Increase parent understanding of school issues Help
parents gain an understanding of new programs Lend support and encouragement to the school staff and become a strong parent voice in the School District Lend financial support where able Encourage each other as parents to become involved in all aspects of our children’s education at home, at school, and in the community |
