PENNIES FOR PLAYGROUND:  We have set up a water jug in the school and are calling it Pennies for Playground.  We endeavor to fill this jug with pennies.  We thought it would give the children a sense of helping with funding for this new playground.

***

FUNDRAISING WITH BILL'S BOTTLE DEPOT: Anyone can donate their recycling $ to our school.  Simply tell the cashier that you wish the monies from your recycling to be donated to Silver Creek Elementary.  Tell your friends and family.  It is a simple task but hugely appreciated.  As well, if you have bottles you wish to donate, you can drop them off at the school anytime during school hours.

PAC pays for many activities and programs, some of which are as follows:  Annual Fee for Accelerated Reader Program, Gymnastics, Swimming Lessons, Bussing for swimming, Books for Library, Year End Waterslides, Grade 7 graduation gifts, Funding for Teachers' student incentives, forgotten lunches for students, New Playground
